my company anyway (look at the mail header) has a system in place for
seperating personal and business calls. BUT - it works on the honor system.
Press one button for official calls and another for personal. You get a monthly
printout showing the cost of your phone usage and it is broken down into the
`good' and the `bad' (but not the ugly!)

The phone system and its' billing schemes have had about 100 years to evolve
into what we have today (for good or not). The internet is only about 15 years
old and we have to bring it's billing up to modern standards Real Soon Now.
