Perhaps ATT does consider itself at customer of it's service. The point I am
really trying to make has to do with "real" customers. I am a real customer
of ATT as I would suspect many others are.
I believe the DIALOG is a real customer of ANS. I doubt Merit or ANS would
consider themselves real customers in the same sense they consider DIALOG
to be.
