	Isn't this a marvelous example of Our Government trying to make
	Industrial Policy?

	Isn't it Our Government's role to agar and incubate growth in markets,
	rather than picking the winners and losers itself?  (i.e. shouldn't
	the winners and losers be picked by the market rather than by Our
	Government?)

	Isn't this the kind of action that cost Craig Field's his job at DARPA?
