Someone (KARLF@DALHQIC2) sent me a message requesting more info about
Free-Net.  I attempted to reply, but alas the message bounced and I
can't seem to make it go through.  So, apologies for posting this to
whole list (I'll be brief).

If you're connected to Internet, try telnetting to the Cleveland 
Free-Net at one of the following addresses:  129.22.8.75 or 
129.22.8.76 or 129.22.8.82 (if one's busy try another).

There was some info about the Cleveland Free-Net in a recent
NSFNET/Merit LINKLETTER also.
