The House and Senate joint conference ont eh HPCCreached complete
agreement last week on all issues -except- the 'Buy American' provision.
I understand that Congressmen Gephardt and Sabo are the principal
obstacles.
Does anybody know if they've applied the same criteria for the defense
appropriation?
