BARRNet is a regional Internet provider in Northern California, a
"hub" for the NSFNET if one can use such a term. We don't provide
special individual access but we have provisions for organizations,
which can be organizations of one person, that run all the way down to
about $2700 per year. I'll send our information package to you by US
mail.
