During one of the brief periods when I was able to actually reach
NIC.DDN.MIL via FTP I grabbed all of the netinfo *template*.txt forms
and stashed them on ftp.3com.com:/netinfo feel free to snag a copy
from there for now.
The only change to the form was the name and address for the new NIC.
If you have an old copy of the internet-number-template.txt file, you
could just apply the patch following my .signature.
