Amen to that. After watching this thread (and the others) I went down to a
library and found some of Joe Abernathys articles. Ouch. Joe, you must have
tremendously thick skin to write like that and come back to the Internet for
more abuse. Do you receive ANY support from the net (and can you quote them
here??) or are you a lone wolf?

Actually, I always receive an incredible amount of help. The people who
respond are usually the absolute best in the business, too.
Not surprisingly, they almost never reply in public -- always email. These
forums still seem to lack adequate filters to meet the needs of people
that busy, or famous.
This particular thread has generated such an incredible amount of thoughtful
responses that I'm going to offer it as a treatise on the issue, after I've
had a chance to obtain permission from everyone to redistribute some of the
responses sent as private mail. There's just no way that one news article
could ever do justice to the material I've received, particularly since
that article isn't even targeted wholly toward this discussion.
