Let's see: A T3 is about 28 T1s. How many do you think ANS should carry free?

    -s

i would assume that these pipes will not be unidirectional. *some* traffic
may go from the ANS CO+RE network to the CIX . . . . .

actually, this is a good questions. how many "outside" connections should
ANS make? i suppose it depends on their "marketing" plans . . . .

actually, i think that the biggest problem ANS has right now is their image.
they are losing very badly on the PR front. i have noticed that ANS
representation here on comp-priv seems to shift, al appears, and upsets
people, and people flame, and now ittali show up, and upsets people, and
they flame. the problem seems to be that people just dont trust ANS, and ANS
seems to think that people should trust them based just on their position in
the industry. actually, this seems like an IBM or Microsoft attitude.

it doesnt work for them, either . . . . .
