The question here, is then WHO IS A BROADCASTER.. Do I become a
broadcaster by submitting this message to a List Server? Is this
a method of funding subsidies or a method of limiting who can do
what. The cable/broadcast/etc lines are getting blurred. If I
have an HTML home page, am I by virtue of that a broadcaster?
How about if I have a Gopher+ server which has mpeg audio-visual
presentations? What if I have a reference to another server on
a gopher menu that references such an item.
If I "HOST" a mailing list does that make me a broadcaster? What if I
produce an occasional show for ITR? Where's the line drawn.
