Dear supporters of the info have-nots,
As it says in this crusty old book - "As ye sow, so shall ye reap."
You gotta hand it to Turner, he's a real pro. You amateurs at the EFF
better move over.
Regards,
Bill

TURNER CALLS FOR CABLE STAMPS:
Ted Turner has come up with a modest proposal which he
announced at the National Cable Television Association Convention
in New Orleans Wednesday: Have government subsidize those who
can't afford the monthly cable service charge by giving them
"cable stamps." He also has a plan to pay for it. "We can tax the
broadcasters," Turner said.
