I think everyone has made their points.  That their opponents don't agree
is not going to change as a result of further debate.

Furthermore, IMHO this list (com-priv) is not the place to debate the
underlying principles of democracy and markets (which is what this
discussion quickly becomes).  Applications of those principles to
commercialization/privatization of the Net is fine.

ENOUGH ALREADY!  Not everyone has mail programs which allow easy creation
of kill files.
