I really doubt that the State of Illinois has refused all federal funding
for schools and libraries, but if they have, they're a rare exception among
other states.

Last time I looked at the federal budget, there was hundreds of millions of
dollars for education and libraries, if not billions.  You may not like the
fact that this happens, but please don't try to pretend that the US
Department of Education and the Federal Library Construction Fund are just
devious ideas in the collective head of EFF.

I would as that before you make erroneous assumptions about our position,
at least have the decency to read my post on this subject.
