Ittai - does the long version of the ANS agreements explain in any degree
of detail just what the national information infrastructure pool is and
how it functions and what it leads to? (I am going from memory - hope I
have the name correct.)
We are in the home stretch of our writing. I sense it is quite important
to your mission and therefore probably important that we understand it and
address it adequately within the NREN assessment.
