Non-commercial customers at Illuminati Online (io.com) can create public
WEB pages and archives at NO charge as long as they stay within their 5MB
disk limit. Additional space is inexpensive.
Non-modem customers pay $10/month for full Internet services, including
WWW. Commercial accounts cost slightly more.
