>From what I understand Curry was still employed by MTV when the NIC got
a request from him to register mtv.com.  So, if the NIC (internic) had checked
(and maybe they did?) then the request would appear exactly normal and
straightforward.  That's no different than John Doe registering ajax.com
when Doe works for Ajax.  That's his job at Ajax, Inc.  What is there about
the request that would run up a red flag at the NIC?
