On another tack, there have been a recent number of lawsuits in which
one organizations deliberate interference with another's usual course
of business led to large damages being awarded.
This started with one large oil company vs. another a few years ago.
Most recently (i.e., last week), there was a court ruling that
anti-abortion protesters were interfering with the business at a
clinic. Damages of over $1 million were awarded.
One could easily argue that deliberate mis-posting on this scale was
an interference with another organization's business.
Not a lawyer, merely pointing out that not all currently available
avenues may have been explored.
