Naw, we don't need more Net Police! Already moderated mailing lists and
will barely feel the impact of the ONE copy of a message that is received.
(and bypassing the moderator in a moderated list is just likely to test
out as fraud in a court of law. Even if "damages" were minimal per
system, just how many systems would be impacted in a class action suit).
Like I mentioned in a previous posting this is an INTERACTIVE media.
Questionable advertisements (and is there any other kind) can be questioned!
Is there an unmoderated BITNET newsgroup or unmoderated mailing list that
doesn't get the occasional humorous interchange or lampoon... Even off
topic?
I must say, that discussion of that Cantor and Siegel fiasco must be ON
TOPIC for this one -- let alone any future fiascos. ;-)
