Or, what if they went to a "phone company" such as Sprint, who is
experienced at being a common carrier? A common carrier can't stop their
customers from doing much of anything as long as it's legal...
Ah, but if they decided it was worth $10K, they could join the CIX and
voila, there would be nothing anyone could do... No other CIX member
could, by the terms of their own agreement, refuse to carry C&S' packets.
I would also imagine that once their machine is up on the net that their
machine(s) will be a primary candidate for all of those people around the
world who try to breach system security...
