Those are pretty serious charges that Joe Stroup has made.
I wouldn't write about the MERIT receiving free local loop service
from Michican Bell in the COOK Report without substantial verification
for obvious reasons. If any one *has* such verification and is willing
to share it, please get in touch.
I am surprised, given the seriousness of the allegations that we have
seen no rebuttal from Ameritech.
