	I suspect the key thing will be what you say.  If you threaten to 
do him bodily harm, the above is correct.  If we let Mr. Green_Card know 
our profound displeasure at his actions that caused many of us upset I 
don't think anyone would consider that illlegal or threatening.

	On the subject of fax mahines, it is not unheard of for a machine 
to malfuntion and send page after page after page of blanks... gee, I 
guess I must have sent 400 formfeeds with my computer generated fax... 
I'll have to check on that (*&('ng software.
