Well Gordon that sure is a nice letter. By now people would have to be
blind or maybe paid off in some way or another not to see whats going on
here. Everyone is in bed with everyone else. I love it. MERIT, ANS, MCI,
and the NSF. We have the makings of an entire TV mini series going on
here. All we need to do is find a sex scandal and we have it. BTW anyone
see Al Weis lately ? Amazing how one can be paid so much and be so
hidden. Well that just goes to show you what the proper usage of Federal
Funds can do for a person.
Gordon, you keep bringing up the fact that your FOIA requests are dry
holes. You really did not expect people like Steve Wolff to leave a paper
-r e-mail trail did you. Wolff has proven time and again that he gets his
directions in dreams and straight from God. How else could you explain
the complete and total control over this contract process from his
office.
And Sprint - Now theres are deal.... Sprint in their protest complains
that MCI had access to info that others submitted and had talks with the
NSF. All of this while other contractors NEVER had the same access.
How do we explore this whole thing - investigate it - verify. Well there
are too many people invloved to keep all the lies straight. So we go to
the basics.
1st: We get the proper people to examine TRAVEL records, Credit Card
statements. We talk to the people that work in places that ANS/MCI & NSF
people frequent. We talk to the flight attendants on planes, the
resturant help where they eat/meet. We check the long distance telephone
records against the dates that these activities are supposed to have gone on.
How do we do this ? We don't. We demand a full Congressional Inquiry into
this matter and let them get the documents. While records have to be
legally obtained with a court order of some kind, there is NO law that
prohibits us from asking the support people questions.
What about past ANS staff / sales people? Where are they ? Hey - Mr.
Tulley in Colorado...what ever happened to you and your commission with
the last sale you made for ANS ? Did you know that your future and that
of your fellow sales people was discussed in detail with me in the first
quarter of 1993. Heck, I'm not even and ANS employee ! Yes, they planned
to put you all out in the pasture and keep you there. The only person
that was getting any sales support was Percy Foster and that was from
Joel Maloff and Al Weis. Foster was NEVER restricted in his travel and
without those restrictions its no wonder he could sell. Now lets not
forget the ability that Mr Foster had to make deals that were better than
the ave. Bear. Diamond Mine - for example.... Pricing at ANS was up to
Joel to set and between him and Percy Foster did they set pricing. There
are all kinds of deals that went up and down and yet in 1993 ANS sales
were a joke.
Now what about the ANS annual meeting a major meeting in the fall of
1993. Since more than one person was there, it might stand to reason that
someone kept notes - Again Go figure. Gee, could these notes have shown
that the Northern Telecom (so to be ANS board of Director) was present
and vocal about things? I would bet! The meeting could best be described
as a blood bath. And along comes NT with switching technology a FREE
building for ANS and the promise of a techie/CASH alliance. How many
millions did NT promise ANS in this new deal and why ? How many of you
know the power that having a seat on the board of a company brings?
Like I said all we need is the Sex and we have a real scandal. I am sure
I will get an e-mail blast from hell but, its hard to stop the truth.
I really want that Conyers fellow to investigate this whole vBNS matter
as well as the telco involvement.
