What is "trivial" and "non-trivial?"

For whom?

I hear (or see 8-)) this expression
quite often.

Who does it apply to?

Can we, perhaps, be more specific?

Who has this pie in the sky access
with no complications?

Hmmm?)

Just a wandering thought.
