Sure. How about letting this one just die? I'm sure that (1) the
facts of the case differ in some material way from what we on the
outside all know to be the case and (2) the parties involved can
probably work this out on their own. Probably a lot better if we stay
out of it.
We certainly don't need to waste a lot of net bandwidth rehashing this
issue.
