I believe a service along those lines is offered by the database part
of the InterNIC Tri-Lateral Commission.  FTP/GOPHER/WWW to
ds.internic.net and nose around for more info.

[DISCLAIMER:  The database stuff is run by AT&T, and I believe the
stuff beyond the basic "what's out there" listings represents some
revenue stream.  I'm not particularly associated with any of it.]
