Ittai, Are ANS customers that have CIX access and not paying for 
membership going to continue to have this bennie ? So that there is no 
mistake and I am very clear - Are ANS customers , the ones re-selling, 
going to continue to have CIX connectivity without having to join the CIX ?
Its a fair question. And as far as 3 months to get a letter back from the 
CIX , Its seems a bit much - on their part.
