Great! I'll accept that as a commitment on ANS's part to connect to
the CIX without settlements.
If thats not the case, then exactly what do you mean by "already".
Additionally, when will your much vaunted T3 infrastructure
that you propose to "do that" stay up for a week at a time?
Or are you just babbling the corporate party line?
Let's face it, we just don't buy ANS' "trust me" attitude. I see every
day how they are not able to provision a stable T3 network. (I refer
you the the Nearnet interconnect NSS as just one example of
network instability.) Why in the world would I trust ANS to provide an
interconnect that I have to depend on?
Why don't you drop the "trust me" attitude and actually show people
you can deliver what you claim. People might start paying attention.
