Beacuse he's buying the "Internet Provider in a Box" service from Sprint
and isn't a CIX member. He doesn't want the CIX to find out and block
his traffic.
I'll post a list of AS's Sprint is transiting when I get a chance and leave it
as an excerise to the reader to figgure out which one he is. It may have to
wait till I get back from Seattle.
