Sean,

This language speaks to service providers relationships
within the CIX, how we deal
with each other, not how we deal with our customers, which is considered
a private affair.

Also as you should know by now, we have two different UUPSI services, one that
is leaf oriented and another that is unrestricted, each with its associated
price (and support characterisitics).

How does this stand with PSI's rules on ``leaf-only'' UUCP sites? Or
does it apply to dialup UUCP service provided by networking companies?
As you know, PSI has limitations on certain PSI UUCP customers as to what
they can send over its network. This doesn't apply to *all* UUCP
customers, but it is a restriction based on traffic type.
