Hmm, I was quoted $450/month as the base price, with the nickel-a-minute on
top of that. Considering that a ~20-mile T1 in DC is $600/month, I'd
consider that base price pretty high... Bell Atlantic seems to be really
pushing SMDS over ISDN, at least in the DC area.
