One of the nice things about living in Atlanta is being in the World Largest
Toll Free Calling Zone (tm) :) When they tariffed ISDN here about two
weeks ago (better late than never), they extended that model. The lines are
a bit pricey, but they ARE FLAT RATE. residential 2B+D for about $66/month,
and business 2B+D for about $93/month.
