New RFC -- New reason for Application level firewalls

A new RFC is available that blocks off 1 A, 16 Bs, and 255 C networks for
private internets.  Those of us that will use these addresses and still
connect to the public internet will be using some kind of application level
firewall.  I don't see how IP filters could be made to work for these.  Also
dual DNSs will be the rule, not the exception.
