It has to be, or even using square root scaling the US budget book wouldn't
fit through the door ;-)
Actually it's physical size: 5 3/4" x 9"; i.e., just a little larger than you
have by folding a standard 8 1/2" x 11" in half. Another cost expansion
feature of your Government. But the same size as OSTP's publication for last
year's hot button (Global Change). We may be witnessing the emergence of a
yet another de facto standard.
