Ladies and Gentlemen,
can anyone describe the COCOM status of IP services for Soviet
customers, please? The problem is as follows - our Finnish friends
are installing a Netblazer on their backbone. Would it be a
violation of any laws or regulaitions if Finns provide us with
a dialup IP connection?
