Greg says our proposal looks reasonable for pushing back the live date a
week. So, our target test completion date for pre-GMA2 testing is Monday,
June 12. We're planning for loading the GMA2 data on June 13. We may
be able to do testing in the morning of June 13, depending on
arrangements for downloading the data from Toronto.
Also, save Monday, June 19 afternoon (at 2, I believe) for meeting with
the New System Steering Committee.
Live minus 28 days... Testing is GO.

Carol has suggested that the Monday meeting be cancelled.
I'll try to confirm with Simon the meeting for Monday, June 12
as a Co-Development meeting.
I have also suggested to Grant that the meeting on Monday, June 19
include him and the testing coordinators; at that time we'll have the
second GMA and the tester's will be familiar with the system. It would
be helpful to have them in the discussion about our readiness to go
live.
Because of time needed for testing and to fit around the ALA schedule,
we are targeting Wed or Thurs. June 28 or 29 as the official live date.
