Thanks for the May 26 response to PSR 1317. In rereading the specs
and Deb's clarifications, it now looks like Deb's clarification that
immediately follows I.A.3 ("The 599 tag can contain an existing
B.MASTER key... If one of the incoming 599 tags matches on existing
B.MASTER key then stop the match check...") may conflict with our
response to Deb's question regarding I.B.5. We believe that there
may be more than one match in the CN index or via LCN index and the system
needs to check all 599 bb fields against the CN and LCN indexes.
