Just as I finished sending MR our latest request to skip CANCEL
command records entirely, he sent me Deb's price quotations for our
two earlier options. The price quote for the 245 overwrite "DELETED
RECORD" is only $1000. The price quote for a system report when a
CANCEL command finds a match in the database is $2000.
I know that skipping the CANCEL records was also going to cost
us...probably in the range of $1000, so, I recommend that we go with
the overwrite of the 245.
