Advance OPAC documentation from Geac is now available. I've made one
copy for each library unit (at least, that was my intention, but we'll
see if I got it right or not!) One set, clearly labelled in my
utterly illegible handwriting, is on the radiator in my Hum office,
14S-230, for each of the following locations:

BAS/SAS
Archive
Music
Science
Lindgren
Aero
Schering-Plough
Rotch
RVC
Barker
Plus a personal copy for Eric

I didn't have time to set out copies for the following units, but I
will do so in the morning:

RSC
Doc. Services
CLSS
RBR

Would one person from each unit come on over and pick up the guide at
your convenience? If the door is locked, just get any Hum staffer to
open it for you.

Some of you (Ginny and Mary, and perhaps others?) have not been
trained yet. Why don't you pick up your OPAC guide anyway; you can
either hang onto it until the training, or you can explore Advance on
your own.

Please let me know if I forgot anybody. If so, it wasn't intentional!

PS to Dewey/Hum people --

Hum's copy is sitting in a small, white, Geac binder on my desk.
Dewey's is in a large, blue binder in Beth's office, top shelf, middle
range.

Perpetually rushing,
Nina
