Michel Ridgeway has changed the prep on the 027, 074, and 088 tags so that
the tags aren't normalized now and you shouldn't see the error you got
earlier which was the result of a missing prep routine. He tested it on a
copy of your record and it seems to work OK now without the errors. If you
like he can apply the same prep as to the 028 (which removes the leading
spaces) to the tags.
As an aside, he said that it was a little difficult to figure out since you
had combined a bunch of tests into one record. He said it would be easier
to debug if you had limited the changes to one per record. (His comments,
not mine.)
