Subject: Re: All Staff events for Advance
Sarah,
My reconstruction of the discussion yesterday included the comment
from Eric and the consensus nodding of heads that each
implementation group would decide how to structure its focus
session. I included Eric's name in each to help with the glue -
context, aids, documentation, and additional input and presence
that would be there for each session. I think the focus sessions
are there for the nitty-gritty issues, and the fact that we are
offering those may be one way to keep the General open session
on a level that is useful for the entire audience.
I would leave it up to each session to decide if the entire
implementation group needs to be there.
Thanks,
Greg
