Hi All,
The following message is from Anita. She usually staffs the lab on
Wednesdays. I have told her that either the person on duty can open
the lab or I can do it. TAT, 3M, NDM, PF, and I are the people who will
have to open it up and we can handle that. I have the combos for the
room as does Nina and Ruth Davies.
Get back to me with any strong objections please. If I don't hear
from anyone I'll get back to Anita to confirm.
Thanks
Suzanne

Hi Suzanne. Today at BOG I happened to mention that due to time
constraints, I wanted to get someone else to hang around in the
training room for the Wed. a.m. "open labs." Eric and others pointed
out that OPAC people are scheduled to be there anyway, so they could
handle it. The deal is, we just need someone to UNLOCK the room and
BE IN the room for those 2 hours, 10-noon. Or, how about this: I
meet the "OPAC person" at the training room at 10 on Wednesdays, and I
show him/her how to lock the room at noon, and how to turn on the
motion detector. Then they stay there for the 2 hours, as they're
planning to anyway. And I can scoot and get some work done.
