Update on Fund Balances

In addition to checking the "Spent" column on line, I requested
Grant to run for me the Fund Balance Report (the one report that can
be run without any hassles). Well, anyways, for all accounts,
the Spent amounts are now
in sinc with the GLIS report amounts and the Budget amounts are as well.
The Encumbered Amounts are showing five accounts that have changed since
the last report was run. The accounts and their differences are as follows:
M-AER-16133-534 $69.50
M-DEW-16069-535 (35.95)
M-DEW-16069-541 (26.14)
M-RTC-16096-535 54.66
M-MUS-16086-532 ( .08)
Does anyone remember using these accounts for testing purposes?
Please advise.
