I haven't heard from anyone but Walter about the way Michel is
proposing handling our $n 966 notes and serials 930 $i notes.
If everyone is satisfied we need to write this up for Grant to include
in the final spec.

This can be done for the final conversion. I will add it to my list
but please keep this in your "Final GMA" spec file so we don't forget
this. Does Walter want a "Note" constant as well? This can be done. No
