Sorry ... that past post was obviously in regard to your question about "
Any other suggestions", as ZEN Works remote management, as of version 3.2,
uses a client program and not web access to control the other computer.  I
don't know if that is a feature of ZEN 4 or not.

We use Novell's ZEN Works 3.0 SP1 to remote-manage student  and fac/staff
PCs.

Supposedly ZEN 4, which is supposed to be out soon, will not require a
client (Netware 6 already removed that limitation for file and printer
access), but I don't know much about it yet.

Has anyone looked into or implemented web-based support tools that do
remote
console to customer machines? One such product I've found is Desktop
Streaming
from ExpertCity.Com. Any other suggestions? Have you encountered any issues
with accessing student machines this way?
