Our policy here at Syracuse University is that anything Network related is
free. Non-network problems require a $20 "Computer Repair Coupon"
purchased at the bookstore. The coupons can be used for house visits for
printer/scanner problems/virus cleanups/etc., or they can be used to pay
for the drop-off repair service. Right now, we're not real good at making
sure we get a coupon for the house visits, but we're working on it, and
slowly getting better.
