We've got the free version of Endymon Mailman here.

http://www.endymion.com/products/mailman/

It's OK for light use. It only requires a web server and a POP3
server. I've not looked into the pricing of the Professional version of
MailMan.

I've read many recommendations for Horde IMP.

http://www.horde.org/imp/

I believe that this package has a few more requirements than MailMan.
