Hope you two had a good Xmas...and got up early enough to please your parents. That is very important, you know.
Anyway...I was just checking to see if you made any progress on the current tenant stuff that you were going to work on. If not, that's okay...I hardly accomplished anything with all of the other stuff that goes on around Xmas.
So drop me a line if you get a chance.
