In response to Brad's advice, I would have to say that I think most
students are past the time when they can be "scared" out of using any file
sharing program. These products have been out too long, and people have
been using them successfully. Few people believe that they will really be
chosen out of the crowd to be sued. I'm not sure what the answer is but I
know what isn't working very well.
