Here are the ones that we see at Pittsburg State a lot:
Morpheus
KaZaA
Imesh
Bearshare
Direct connect
Hotline
FreeNet
Audio Galaxy Satelite
FilePool
Filetopia
That is also in order of how big they are on the network.

We currently do not block any type of traffic and we do not limit any type
