Why not just disable it in Control Panel>>Administrative Tools>>Services?
It oughta be enough. If not do a search in teh registry for "services" and
delete teh appropriate one
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services) might be different for
you. Jus do a search. And back up your registry before you do it.
